A Toast to The New York Times & Our Wonderful Community!
We are still buzzing with excitement here at the club! We were recently honored to be featured in a New York Times travel itinerary for Dallas, curated by the fantastic Jesus Jiménez.
To be highlighted as a must-visit destination for those exploring our great city—especially with the energy of the upcoming World Cup upon us—is a true privilege. We’ve always prided ourselves on being a neighborhood staple, and having our "speakeasy-esque" home above the old Lakewood Theater recognized on a national stage means the world to us.
Whether you are a longtime regular or a traveler who just discovered us through Mr. Jiménez’s article, we want to extend a sincere thank you. It is your presence, your passion for live music, and the incredible atmosphere you create every night that makes the Balcony Club what it is.
We invite you to come by soon to help us keep the music playing. Whether you’re stopping in for some jazz, blues, or rock, we can’t wait to pour you a drink (mocktail or cocktail) and share another great night in our favorite lofted corner of Dallas.

Thank you, Jesus Jiménez and the New York Times, for the kind words, and a massive thank you to our community for being the heart and soul of this club since 1988.
See you at the top of the stairs!
